當佛、道教的信徒在對著佛像/神像拜拜的時候，其實是在對自我的心靈反思。剩下的儀式與神像皆是後人所建立起來的。時至今日，有些廟宇也在思考全球暖化下，這些儀式的改革。例如在台灣的行天宮，開始實施減香與金紙，並同時也減少供品的儀式。
此設計裝置思考100年後的未來，虛擬參拜的流程。簡潔多餘的儀式用物，回到信徒當下的心靈反思層面。同時，保留這些儀式最初的五元素，亦為『金、木、水、火、土』。

When human worship the figure of god in our traditional religion, which is often not real, just a reflection of our mind.
What if people get rid of the complicated figured of god and the redundant elements of the system. Simplify the process focusing on worship itself. God with Figure
Traditional religion, Taoism or Buddhism, are the primary culture in our country. People worship to the figure to tell their wish, prayer. God in this belief is a reflection of our mind, but also a non-visual figure, a spirit. However, people tend to give them a visible appearance based on their documentation and imagination.Traditional Worship
People who have different needs tend to worship to different gods, ask for the wish for themselves or hope for their family. Moreover, commemorate their ancestor. Worshiping to different figure and combined with various appliance and ceremony, in order to show the respect and grace to gods and ancestor.Five Element in Religion
The five elements: Gold, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth. Traditional religion in Taiwan uses different appliance to represent the meaning of five elements. Gold signified as the paper money, wood signified as the incense, water signified as holy water, fire signified as light and earth signified as yellow ash.

Self worship Mode
In self-worship mode, using the ripple to represent the power of our prayer. The subject we hope for not only will influence ourselves but also others. Just like a ripple effect, continuing and spreading results to the surroundings.Ancestor commemoration mode
The incense smoke signified as the communication medium in traditional religion. In the virtual temple, using the smoke motion to replace the incense, combined with burning sound effect, make people more focus on their worship.
